- We had an injured raccoon in our yard, the people from The Last Resort was here in 30 minutes. They realized it was a mom and secured her and her babies too! They took the entire family, fixed up mom and they were all safely released, together in their hhome territory ! Just Wow! These folks are TRULY AMAZING!

- I was surprised to see a fox wander into my garage after being hit by a car. I thought he was done for. The Last Resort came out immediately. They took him directly to the vet and nursed him back to health! I followed him on their facebook and was blown away at the level of care he recieved. He was released, in the woods behind our property 3 weeks later. They truly care about NJ's wildlife!
Adam Stevens
- I am so grateful to this woman from The Last Resort. We found a very sick, tiny bobcat kitten in our garage. The Last Resort came immediately, As they arrived, it stopped breathing. They resuscitated it right in front of us. They saved its life. They nursed it back to health, taught it everything it needed to learn in order to be a wild bobcat and eventually it was released back to the wild! Truly an outstanding Organization! Thanks for all you do!

We rely solely on donations and community support to continue saving lives and continue educational programs within the community. We provide a 24 hour wildlife hotline to the public for wildlife emergencies throughout NJ. The property is slowly being restored, rebuilt and not currently open to the public.
